WP Ninjas Friday Roundup 11/04

Welcome to the WP Ninjas Friday Roundup, November edition! You wouldn’t know it’s November from the temperatures here in the southeastern US, but that’s what the calendar says so that’s what we’ll call it. We have some neat new content for you this week, especially if you’re into lead generation for your business. On ninjaforms.com we look at how to build a form survey that lets you assign a lead a score based on user responses. You can then automate the same form to do different things based on the lead’s score. It’s pretty darn cool and a feature you will not find in any other WordPress form builder!

On top of that we have a review of plugins here on wpninjas.com that will replace your stock WordPress search bar with something much more powerful. What that looks like depends on what kind of search functionality your users need, and we have all options covered for you there. Our podcasters have possibly gone into hibernation for the winter, with the exception of James Laws and Jean Galea, who interview esteemed consultant Curtis McHale on Mastermind.fm.

Before you dive in, WordCamp Birmingham was reported a success by our senior dev Kyle Johnson, who gave an entertaining and informative talk on separating your time from your income. You can catch his slides at that link- it’s really time well spent. I’ll hush now, so please enjoy this week’s roundup content!
