Zach is our support guru. Starting his career in tech support and working most recently at an Amazon Fulfillment Center maintaining their computer systems, his specialty is high stakes, production environment customer service. When Zach’s not busy answering customer questions, he’s spending time with his wife and baby girl, drinking coffee, or playing anything from board games to video games.
Kyle is an engineer with a B.A. in the humanities. He understands the human soul as well as the sciences, and spends afternoons with his wife wrangling JSON, his black lab, and Gidget, a highly intelligent yorkie.
Justin comes from a background in Higher Education Technical Support. Justin is also a freelance musician specializing in low brass instruments and has performed with several groups including 4 years with the Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps.
Kenny has had a wide array of technical jobs, everything from a support technician for a school system to assisting with a high end chemical sales accounts. Through these positions he’s gained critical thinking and problem solving skills that he’s hoping to bring to the WP Ninjas team. When he’s not solving puzzles or working on code, he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing video games and reading science news.
Quay is a science and technology nerd with a B.A. in biology and an education background. He enjoys research and writing, PC & PNP gaming, the Grateful Dead, and keeping up with his two sons and their German Shepherd.
Jon is a former Naval submariner, now WP Ninjas resident artist/graphics guy, support editor, audio/video producer, and front-end developer in training. Practically born with a pencil in hand, Jon found meaning in life early through creativity. When not drawing, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, hiking, playing video games, recording podcasts, and drinking craft beer.
